Hi
I am new to oil pulling, was told I have a couple of cavities two years ago but my teeth have never been sensitive or caused any pain. After 3 days of oil pulling my teeth have become extremely sensitive,painful and the site where my wisdom tooth was pulled 4 months ago is very sore. Also I have noticed a crack in one of my teeth. I know this is due to oil pulling, I feel so miserable, suddenly for the first time in my life I know what tooth aches are! Please help anyone?
