It's your liver. It's being cleaned out and it starts to spasm, and it triggers a palpitation. Happens to me all the time, because I have high cholesterol. Liver hates being cleaned out. It gets all excited. Liver Flushes help, but after you're done.

As long as you have the maple syrup, grade B, then you will have electrolytes.
