Re: I can't get rid of parasites
I recommend eating avocados, drinking alkaline water, diatomaceous earth, healthy oils (olive, coconut), coq10, magnesium glycinate, chlorella, curcumin,
Black-Walnut /wormwood (short term), oregano oil, plain unprocessed fresh meats/wild caught seafood. Anyone who tells you to eat fruit claiming it will kill
parasites is wrong. They eat all sugars. All carbs. I can't even eat a broccoli stalk or a carrot without symptoms. Let alone even gelatin in capsules agitates them. It's a war. Be ready to feel insatiable cravings. That's a good thing. It means they're dying.
Basically zero/extremely low carb + elimination of all processed foods but most importantly HIDDEN INGREDIENTS. For example, avoid the following: rice maltodextrin, maltodextrin, modified food starch (or any starch), vegetable glycerin (used as a base in tinctures), seasonings, etc. Basically the micronutrients and hidden ingredients are just as big a culprit as "carbs" or "sugar". Any hidden seasoning, artifical sweetener, starch, preservative, food dye, or chemical they will eat. Try to only eat fresh foods so you don't have any hidden ingredients on the boxed/processed foods.
Any nuts/seed (raw not roasted), leafy greens, healthy oils + fats and meats (mentioned above) are safe. Be skeptical of anyone who tells you you can kill your
parasites while eating moderate - high carb. Maybe my case is different than yours, but I know any carbs feed mine. Which of course sucks because they taste the best too. You just have to get used to a boring diet and get past the initial cravings/feeling deprived part. Then you should feel better.
Always listen to your body. If you do something or eat something or take a certain supplement/herb and notice positive results, then keep doing that. Just be sure to realize the positive results is YOU feeling better and not just the
parasites feeling relieved (For example when my parasites are scared and making me crave foods and I give in and go eat some ice cream I may feel better temporarily from all the
Sugar and chemicals that feed them, but i'm still doing more damage than good).
I know what you're going through. Best of luck and hang in there. It gets better.
