In my opinion, I'd stop the supplements. Your liver is weak if your stool is yellow. You need to get your liver checked. Think about doing some liver flushes. You are not breaking down food if it's showing up in your stool. I'd recommend eating food that is easy to digest. Eat food that is good for the liver.
