Yeah.. It's quite the confusion concerning in-vitro effects of selenium.

I can report quite a change in personality after getting my Amalgams removed though- (I went with a dentist who's well experienced and IOMT approved, I went looking for one who had the suction equipment!)

It was very much like coming out from under a heavy blanket of negativity! My recovery is continuing of course, these things don't change overnight..
