Re: Not sure I am making progress, still can't tollerate much antifungals after 2 months

Thank you for your tips.
Here is what I allready take.I have made homemade saurkraut for probiotic supplementaiton which I eat a small amount with most meals, too much also leads to die off symptoms.I have made homemade coconut kefir which I haven't started eating yet since I allready have so much die off symptoms from a little coconut oil and saurkraut.

*Kefir and saukraut are great to stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria. Just consume these probiotics 2 hours away from antifungals and antibacterial herbs ect..

I also have oregano oil home but havn't started beacuse I allready get to much die off.
I take supplements, vitamin c made from amlaberries

I take Magnesium citrat
I take Omega 3
I take Multivitamin
I take extra D vitamin
I take Molybdenum to cope with die off, it helps but not enough.
I take B-complex with zink
I am going to buy pantethine (from b5) beacuse I've read it helps agains die off
I take l-glutamin
I take magnesiumoil on my skin to relax muscles

* Vitamin C should be at least 3000 a day if you tolerate that much. Vitamin C assist the body in making glutathione and it chelates heavy metals floating around in the body. Magnesium is also a co factor to glutathione that you need since candida depletes magnesium. Vitamin D is also needed for the immune system. Everything looks good but I would add in whey protein that way you get the correct amino acids that build your immune system. When you have candida amino acid digestion from food is slightly impaired.

How much b12 do you recomend?

* Its methyl-B12 not the normal b12. I would say just a small amount to speed up the methylation cycle to fight candida. Maybe around 500 Mcg. Not mg, but MCG. The methylfolate should be around 200 mcg. Candida toxins slow up the methylation cycle, therfore candida slows the immune system. Taking methyl supplements cranks the immune system back up to speed.

How much b6 do you recomend?

* B6 in its methylated form is called p5p(take p5p not b6). I would say 25 mg along with your amino acids twice a day or when you take your amino acids. p5p is need to digest aminos and it also makes glutathione.

Are all of the supplements you recomended helpful against die off reactions? How much do they help?

* Die off support really comes down to B5/ MolyB and milk thistle. Also coffee enemas move toxins out throught the bile but you need to take taurine to make enough bile to do that plus you need a gut binder to absorb the toxins coming from the bile like chlorella or charcoal. If you are having liver pain take more milk thistle and antioxidants. Yes, the supplements are expensive I know but its worth having health back.

I wonder since it costs a lot of money and I have allready bought a lot of supplements but if it helps a lot I will buy more.

* The supplements that you bought already will still be used. Ive bought supplements that i didnt use for months then I came back and used them later on. You just need the amino acids and immune support to get candida back into its original form.

When I was speaking of paleo I meant conventional paleo, eating fruits and starchy vegetables like I did when I was feeling better.

What I have been eating for past 2 months is acording to thecandidadiet.com ebook which is meat, fish, egg, non starchy vegetabkes, olive oil, ghee, coconut oil and a little bit of quinoa and millet, I have also tried eating none of those grains for a couple of days at a time but I felt to ill to continue that.

*Like I said candida is a "spectrum" disorder. Some people cant eat any carbs because candida will metabolize aldehyde right after they eat causing pain. You should select your foods based off your reactions. I definitely wouldn't eat fruits and i would limit starchy vegetables. Candida takes the glucose from those foods and creates bio films and aldehyde.

You say it is a pain.. I have read about other people and often they feel really bad for a day or two and then start to feel better and better and are good after 1-4 months, I felt terrible still after 5 days so I had to reduce the amount of antifungals and on a very small dose of antifungals I haven't made much progress in two months from what I can tell.
Do you think I can get better eating a little bit of those grains and a little antifungals and based on what makes you think the way you do?

*In my situation I had to stay away from carbs for a bit because it feeds bacteria/candida. Candida is always along with bacteria as well so thats why we treat both at the same time. But if you taking the antifungals and probiotics you should still be making progress. If your having bad reactions to carbs i would limit the carb consumption. Having a high to moderate glucose consumption could slightly delay healing even if you are taking antifungals.

I understand that probiotics and healthy intestines is needed for proper immune system but how do you mean that I get there?

*Taking herbs that kill candida and then taking probiotics wil cause the ratio of bacteria to changed from bad to good over time. The immune support supplements Will actually help you kill bacteria and candida. You cant beat candida by one angle. You need two angles which are herbs that kill candida and the other angle is the immune system attacking the candida as well.

From my understanding so far I should kill candida and then I need to eat some probiotics and I also take some vitamins and minerals and beacuse of less candida and more probiotic bacteria my imunesystem is a little bit better than before doing this and the vitamins and minerals help in rebuilding the damaged organs etc so slowly it is getting better but from what I have noticed I haven't really gotten any better in 2 months.
During those 2 months however I have multiple times tipped over to feeding the candida somewhat before again atacking it. Am I doing things corectly or not?

*It can take months to years to fix a candida problem. It just depends how bad your case is. 2 months isnt very long. You first have to start the immune protocol while using the herbs to make any real progress. I wouldnt worry about feeding candida because you cant stop candida from pulling nutrients from the blood stream all you can do is vamp the immune system and attack using herbs/antifungals. In time you will get better for sure.

Can you please describe when to eat the food including carbs, and when the antifungals and the probiotics and how it helps doing it this way? You said eat probiotics 2 hours after antifungals, if I do this will I get better and better even though I sometimes reduce antifungals a bit?

* I can give you an idea of how it works. For example in the morning I would do my coffee enemas to clear toxins from the night before take my immune supplements and I would eat and take probiotics during the day. At night I would take my herbs, antifungals, and antibiofilm enzymes(clove, nattokinase, & sometimes EDTA). I would cycle that protocol depending on how i felt. Herbs are hard on the liver, so if my liver would hurt too much I would pull back off the herbs a bit and just stick to probiotics like homemade kefir. And all I was saying is IF you take probiotics take your antifungals two hours away so you dont kill your probiotics you just took. Investiong in cloves(not garlic clove) is a good investment too. Cloves bust up biofilms that bacteria and candida hide in. Its a good investment and cloves should be bought whole from a health food store. Sometimes your progress can be slow if bacteria/candida have too many biofilms. Biofilms make antifungals less effective. So remove biofilms while taking herbs ect.

I know this is a lot of questions and I really appreciate your help beacuse I am feeling a bit lost.

Hope fully I helped clear things up for you. Help your immune system while you attack the candida and you should heal in no time. Also while your body is killing and removing toxins you should read about gut binders that bind toxins from die off and any other toxin/heavy metal that might be floating in the body. if you dont bind toxins as your killing organisms the organisms release heavy metals as they die.

"Toxin binders are used in protocols to bind (attach to) metals, chemicals, chemicals in pesticides, etc., in order that they be prevented from being re-circulated and/or from reattaching to tissues and receptor sites after they have been mobilized. "

*Gugguls and Resins - Binds liver, biliary tree, and bile toxins as well those in the blood, lymph, joints, and small intestine. Read more about resins.

*Charcoal - Is getting attention in biotoxin illness protocols as having the ability to bind bile acid toxins. Binds toxins in the stomach and intestine. Read more about charcoal.
*Triphala - Binds toxins from GI system, liver and biliary tree.

*Chlorella and Red Marine Algae, Fulvic and Humic Acid, Zeolites, Alfalfa - Binds toxins and metals from the blood, liver, bile, intestine. Find the link to order Supreme Fulvic on the Homepage.

Pectins - Binds metals and toxins from the bowel, jejunum, duodenum and small intestine.

P.s~ to keep it simple I would use chlorella or charcoal to bind toxins from candida/bacteria when you get around to it. They are cheap and easy to buy. Binders capture debris, toxins and metals that come from candida. If you take chlorella, then 30 minutes later do a coffee enema the toxins will be absorbed into the chlorella and excreted from the body. Hope this helps... I know its alot.
