Hey, I've done some research on the internet on mercury poisoning and copper poisening or heavy metal poisoning. Some sites say that it has a direct link to autism and schizophrenia, so maybe your panic attacks are also caused by mercury poisening. I'm no expert though, this is purely from what I read on the itnernet and from what I think. I'm not sure what the best way is to test if you got mercury poisoning, blood and urine tests are usually only effective if you have just or recently been exposed to mercury. I think a hair test is mroe acurate, but I'm not an expert. Read these posts, they might help :p.
