It is not free of farming chemicals & defoliants that seep into the groundwater. We live in the country and what is left behind in our distilled water would gag a maggot. I still recommend a distiller or mineral water even if you live in the country.

1,000 IU Vitamin D3 means that you are severely deficient. D3 is not a vitamin, it is a required hormone that is vital for good health.
