Addressing the three-month parasite cleanse question first: Its REALLY Hard to do. I can't imagine the reality of working while undergoing treatment, as I have the luxury of being a scientist who's infested. I'm too sick to work, so I live off the good will of fellow sufferers while I try to solve complicated parasitic sudoku puzzles.

Sadly, because I love dogs, I really cannot teach you to administer pet meds. Dunno if u have a doberman or dacshund...it all makes a diff. My hands can't type that much. But despite having had pets your whole life, if you don't know how to worm a dog, that probably explains alot about your own infestation. You say it's not your dog...then deal with the dog owner, after learning how to worm a dog.
