i think you have a handle on it. what any particular person wants to accomplish will be dose dependent. its all DIY. thats why i tell people things in the form of maxims and general principles. if applied, success will be theirs. but dosage? 100mg is the minimum is all i really know to say to anyone about dose. less than that appears to be the devils romper room.
