Please help. What is it?

Does anyone know what this thing in the pictures below is???










The little ones look like sesame seeds bur I'm also not sure whether these are actually seeds. They're the same size though. I've found them all lying on the floor. I've got an outdoor cat, maybe he's got parasites?
The longer one in the pict is very hard and dry. It looks like a cooked rice grain that has dried out, but it worries me as t looks suspicious! I remember I've seen this in the past, but binned it thinking it was just rice grain.. pls help help help
