They look like white threads, like rolled up bits of toilet paaper or the bigger ones look like white or cream colored worms. They can look like white flakes too. In my experience They would be in pockets. I would see them for awhile then be clear then see them again. I would treat on and off for a few months since it is so easy to get reinfected.
