Need help with a cyst, have tried everything.

I have eaten healthy for the last 4 years, no processed food and no dairy.
I take kefir water daily
4-6 grams of vitamin c
50mg of Lugols daily
Magnesium 500-1000 mg daily
Oil Pull daily
Exercise 5-6 days a week

I started developing cysts 3-4 years ago and now I am up to 7, 2 in my arms, 1 in my abdomen and 4 in my thighs.

They are not acne cysts but larger and more the size of a grape.

I have tried applying Iodine on them, 21 day water fast, castor oil, tea tree oil and nothing has worked.

Please help me, I don't know what else to do.
