Again, the study showed that magnesium stimulates candida growth. Perhaps a transdermal form of magnesium would help get around that, I don't know.

But if your dad is yeasty and has those reactions, he's very smart to avoid jalepenos and any other type of bell pepper (or other nightshade foods).

In fact, if one has fibromyalgia, it's a very good idea to avoid all nightshades (foods and spices). Your fibro my just go away...
