What blood work do I ask for?

I'm sorry to be a pest. I am due for my annual physical, pap and blood work.
I will be asking for testing on all of the below but would like to know what blood work I need to ask for the Thyroid and Adrenals From my understanding the customary one will not always reveal if I have Thyroid issues. I have had saliva testing which showed I had Adrenals that were not functioning. I was told passed supplement stage.
I appreciate all your expertise.

Estrodiol
Estrone
Estriol
Progesterone
Testosterone
Vit D
The regular blood work that's customary
