In their book about black seed, “Black Cumin the Magical Egyptian Herb,” doctors Peter Schleicher and Mohammed Saleh give a black seed remedy to help resolve the underlying causes of erectile dysfunction (lack of blood flow). Here’s an excerpt from their book and the recipe….

 

“It’s healing properties, when combined with changes in diet and lifestyle, can renew virility without drugs. Black cumin (nigella sativa) increases overall well-being while enhancing the production of body fluids and male hormones and rejuvenating blood circulation.”

“Eastern medicine also recommends the following recipe to amplify these good effects…”

 

1 cup black seed

1 cup elecampane root

1 tbsp. Oregano (origanum vulgare), also called wild marjoram

2 tbsp. Fenugreek

 

Finely grind all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Mix 1 tbsp. of this mixture with honey every morning, about 15 minutes before breakfast, allowing it to dissolve slowly before swallowing. After ingestion, drink a glass of whole milk. Eat plenty of fruit and exercise each morning. You should see noticeable results within 6 weeks.

 

Now, I don’t doubt that this formulation works. I know both doctors have done extensive hand-on research on all things black seed and are both AUTHORITIES on the subject. But as I know goats milk and raw honey to be an old “cure” for male impotence, I suggest mixing the tbsp. of the herbs and a tbsp. of raw honey in a cup of warmed raw goat’s milk and ingesting it that way, as opposed to how it’s prescribed in the above recipe.
