That's a good recipe...I would advise to blend the egg as little as possible, raw egg protein is very fragile, blending it alot will 'denature' it like cooking would.
I've eaten 1-3 raw eggs per day for the last year or so (excep when fasting!) never had any problems.
"free range" eggs refer to the ability of chickens to run around outside of their cages, and build their natural 'pecking orders'..it does not imply them running around on some vast hillsides...chickens don't do that.
