The kelp I buy is from Norway. I think the water is pretty clean there. But thanks for the info, I agree the radiation from Fukushima is scary. I live on the California coast and there are lots of dead animals washing up on the shore here, many deep sea ones. I'm sure we are just beginning to see the effects of this disaster.
