12" WORM?? Scalp Issues. Intestinal Issues. L-Glutamine and odd progress?

Hello.

I've been taking Oreganol P73 for months now, daily. It manages my full body aches and I haven't been sick, nor did I get my typical sinus infection during hayfever season.

I take Probiotics daily.

I suffer from constipation/gerd but the oregano oil and probiotics have controlled that and gotten me off meds.

My major struggle now is my head. It's awful. I've tried antifungal shampoos, no poo, sulphur free shampoos, vinegar, dandruff shampoo etc etc etc. Diet change does nothing. Convinced it's due to my intestinal issues, much like my aches and fatigue probably were. Though the Oreganol P73 helps, i'm not 100%.

I started L-Glutamine cuz maybe it's leaky gut contributing to things. I'm also on a RX diet pill (diethylpropion HCL) which kills appetite so for the past few days, I haven't eaten much.

That said, I'm having very loose bowel movements and I'm not sure if it's related to the L-Glutamine and little food or if I'm possibly killing things off by adding it to my regimen. I ask because this morning, I passed a 12" long piece of mucus....unless it's a parasite. This is gross, but to get it, I had to grab it with a Q-tip and it took many attempts. I couldn't get it at first and through all that, it never broke. I suspected mucus would fall apart somewhat easily. When I had it on the toilet paper, it didn't soak in or break down like I thought mucus would if that's all that was there.

Is it possible it's parasites and the L-Glutamine to heal, combined with Oreganol P73 to kill, is flushing something out or is it normal for mucus to be a foot or more long?

Thanks.
