Referred pain from a bone spure protecting irritation from a Deviated Septum can cause Migraines, and surgery reverses the effect. Chronic Sinusitis could certainly trigger the same sympathetic effect on facial nerves. Try hot saline flushes at minimum and consider having a chiropractor check out your nose, O.K.?
