How Do You Properly Use Eyebright For Eyewash?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to properly use the Dr. Christopher's eyebright formula as an eyewash. I saw a long thread on here with some instruction, but some things are still unclear. Some instructions say you should boil the water that you put the drops into, whereas others don't include this step. What if I do not boil the water? It's a bit time consuming to have to do this a few times a day everyday, and there is no way of doing it 6 times a day if you are away at work for most of the day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
