you are not suppose to take your own poop and insert it back into your own colon. Nothing to gain doing that. Your own microbiota is not healthy.

It is transplant from one person to another.

You are suppose to take a poop from a very healthy person, and implant it into your own colon, if your colon is not healthy.


People who have suffered intestinal problems for many years may need to repeat the procedure day after day for weeks, to achieve health. One single implant may not be enough.
