After each bowel movement you will take as hot of a sitz bath as you possibly can stand. Sit on it for at least 10 min. or more. In the sitz bath you will add some Epsom Salts , and some white oak bark tea. To make the tea Just boil some white oak bark In water.
Do this EVERY single time you have a bowel movement. Which means you will try to only have bowel movements at home where you are able to do it.
In the meantime Get some preparation H suppositories, not the gel. Put in one suppository every night before bed.
Also DON'T strain during bowel movements. Learn to allow your muscles to relax and have a movement without straining
