NASA Is Going To Shake The Earth?

This site is supposed to be a NASA site. Due to the address of the site I don't think it is. It has a NASA symbol, but I could put that on my site too.

Here's the story behind it all:
Supposedly there is going to be an announcement made by NASA that's going to shake the Earth on Oct. 6th. The site was allegedly sent to Alex Jones anonymously by an alleged NASA Employee Oct 1st (Day One of Gov Shutdown) by someone who was frustrated with the gov shutdown. The website is supposedly unreleased and isn't supposed to be released to the public yet due to the gov shutdown. The site is counting down to November 13th and a HUGE earth shaking announcement is expected to occur on that date by NASA.
