i couldnt agree with you more. if you have faith, that is enough.
but if you already have house insurance, a rider is cheap. if you drive, most states require you carry a minimum of insurance, including medical.
i have a friend of real faith who believed the constitutional guarntee of free travel. he had no drivers lisence or anything and had a lisence plate he bought that said jesus saves or similar. when he was stopped and asked for his drivers lisence, he said he was not a driver but a traveller. on one of these occasions in dallas, the cops actually let him go on, in accordance with the constitution. i think his wife spent a night in jail during a different occurance.
how does one know when to refuse the king? when is the time to enter the fiery furnace? if one is completely obeying nature and god, one is a vagabond and a wanderer on the earth with no place to lay their head.
insurance - just another name for organized crime.
