My MD suggested it was "all in my head".
Sure.... I hadn't been to the doctor in 15-years, but became a hypochondriac at age 35 !
I was prescribed anti-depressants, testosterone, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety, and given a referral for therapy.
Have not been to my MD since. It is just not worth it trying to explain this to a doctor that doesn't already somewhat understand.
