so, why not try the method you're thinking of, for a month?
or 28 days, one moon cycle. That sounds like a good experiment/plan. I think if I were to try it, I'd be sure to get very nutrient-dense on the weekend. Like kelp on my guacamole, etc. Sprouts in my salad. . . Nutmilk for my smoothie made of soaked almonds . . . Lots of green smoothie-or-live-soup kind of stuff with lots of greens. Or maybe even, one weeked, just do mono-meals of whatever fruit is best and most appealing. . . that could be very fruitful. :-)
Do let us know how it goes! Are you also trying to heal anything in particular--Or are you quite well, and just wanting to take nutriment to another level? I know for myself, at this point, the less I eat, the better I feel, now that I've water fasted and cleansed the liver, etc. and understand more about nutrient density, "high brix" and so on. Eg. It is remarkable how one small piece of fruit can be so satisfying, when it is "high brix". like one single strawberry.
What is heart-breaking is how many people are literally starving, while they eat and eat and eat. They are starving for nourishment, while the body only gorws more toxemic. SAD-literally.
