All Adrenal (bovine formula)

About two years ago, my chiropractor diagnosed me with adrenal exhaustion (applied kinesiology) and prescribed an over-the-counter bovine adrenal formula. The formula helps me cope with daily stress and anxiety with ease, and prevents me from feeling overwhelmed during stressful events (I've struggled with stress my entire life, so either I was born with weak adrenals, or I've taxed them regularly).

Shortly after I started taking the formula, I discovered it also eliminated my painful geographic tongue, which I now suspect is just a symptom of adrenal fatigue. I've now taken 'All Adrenal' by Natural Sources (3 caps daily) for more than two years, and the only time I've gotten a geographic tongue flare up during this time is when I forget to take it for a couple of days. Within 24 hours of resuming the All Adrenal formula, my tongue looks and feels normal again.

For daily maintenance, 3 caps a day works great, but during stressful events, I listen to my body and up the dosage to prevent or alleviate that overwhelming out-of-control feeling that rises up when my adrenals can't meet my needs.

I'm so happy knowing that I'm not the one that's dysfunctional...it's just my weak adrenals alerting me that they need a little help coping.
