28 seconds. That's all it took. Iodine for low thyroid??? Oh, my, nooooo. Why would you want to take Iodine when Iodine is a VERY IMPORTANT CONSTITUENT OF THYROID HORMONE?????

He is so, so, wrong that I simply cannot bear to watch any more than that.

And as far as forms of iodine go, Trapper's Lugol's w/magnets is the very finest iodine I have ever ingested.
