Yes, it's simple. Candida, a fungus, lives in all human beings. If the conditions are right, as it was for me, and for most Americans, it will grow from a one celled being [yeast] to a larger multi-celled being.
I understand that our doctors are just not taught this very simple fact of life. The symptoms are treated, as opposed to the root cause, which is basically the American diet.
The good bacteria, found in all fermented foods,
chase the candida fungus away. That is what I am doing now.
