It's easier said than done to follow a diet during more than one year by cutting nearly 90% of your basic diet and replace all of it by more or less expensive BS, which also says that you have to cook whatever you eat, breakfast, luncheon and dinner, but the most difficult part I think is to do this while we don't have any symptom of this disease.

I know a person through someone else who has gluten intolerance, who always had stomach cramps, diarrheas, nauseous and vomiting, in brief, concrete elements in sum, and not about peeling lips.

Of course I don't make generalities, maybe 'we have it without feeling it'...Anyway, I eat bred, wheat, dairy, pasta, semolina without any complication so I would be surprised to have that kind of illness.

What is sure is that we have a trouble somewhere, so I would not blame the fact of doing some tests, of course. (:
