L-ornithine L-arginine

Hi Dr Jeff

I happen to have a shipment of vitamins and probiotic arrive that hopefully i can use to clear the candida and this annoying stomach issue (if it is that).

I also happen to have L-ornithine and L-arginine 500mg capsules lying around.
I read that they are good for fighting off Candida as L-ornithine can help the body get rid of them.
However I also I read that they secrete HGH - I am a bit afraid of HGH.
I stupidly took HGH supplements about 8 years ago when I was 22/23 for about a month and it caused my jaw and forehead to increase which even till now has given me confidence issues (people just said I got fat).
So I was worried if these would do the same and if I would need them..
