Actually, I am just about to start working with one of Larry Wilson recommended practitioners.
She is kind of like the "soup nazi" from Seinfeld, only for NB. She makes you sign a wellness contract, one of the items includes:
"
I promise to abstain from aerobic exercise (such as stair climbing, running, rowing or any activity where my
heart rate is up for more than 2-3 minutes at a time). If I participate in any type of exercise, it will be
anaerobic such as deep breathing, yoga, tai chi, very light walking for 30 minutes (every other day) or the like. "
I keep a pretty detailed log book. Both last year and this year, after playing tennis a few times, I started to crash.
It is robbing energy needed for healing and removing metals.
