Actually, sorry, another question while I have your precious attention! :) How do you suggest one restore their skin's natural bacteria/pH? I'm sure it'll restore itself once I get my insides well, but I was wondering if there was a faster/temporary route because I keep getting all kinds of skin infections. Would slathering on cultured yogurt make a difference, perhaps?
