Who is working directly with ARL?

Hey all,

I'm having a slightly tough time at the moment trying to get ARL to work with me directly.

ARL are saying it's their company policy not to work with patients directly.

The strange thing is, I know that some people here are working directly with ARL and sending their hair samples directly to them without a practitioner involved.

What the heck is going on here? Why is it that ARL will not work with me directly and to others, it seems like a no-brainer.

I talked to ARL and they told me if I could give the full name of the person who is working directly with them, they might consider my request...WTF?!

I told ARL that in giving someone else's name, I might be preventing them from getting future direct hair tests! They told me that wouldn't be the case and they'd then consider me for direct testing...WTF?!

To my mind, this seems really weird. I'm wondering if they don't like my northern British accent, hehe.

Any clue anyone as to how to circumvent this meaningless practice? ;-)))
