I found a site that sells conductive fabric very cheaply it's 50" wide and I bought 9 feet for around $50+shipping.

They also sell wire with a grounding plug and a clip that you can clip on the sheet. They also sell a metal "stake" that you can connect to the wire and put in the ground. I haven't done that yet, I just have the sheet. I don't know if it's the sheet or if my adrenals are getting better, but I'm sleeping deeper and longer.
