Re: update ..after flush

well I only passed maybe 1/2 to 3/4 cup of stones today.  Only ONLY?????  Honey, do you realize how many people do flush after flush and don't see the first stone?  Lots of people that's who lol!

I tested the waters just for the heck of it and went and ate me some toast and oatmeal with bestlife non hydrogenated margarine and 1 egg ..guess what ? the tense feeling in my left arm came back ! along with more dizziness and feeling like crap . bad news is I am still blocked up!  Your liver didn't get clogged overnight and its gonna take many flushes to get it cleaned out.

so yeah I took me some charcoal in some juice and waited it out, great.

I got to feeling better within minutes, great.

took me a 1 tsp of superfood and started to feel better, and the more you take the better you'll feel!  

took me another dose 1 tsp of superfood and felt good enough to get up and clean on my house some ..washing windows and everything.  Told you so lololol!  ;-)

still havent went outside yet to see if I can breath the air without my chest hurting but all in all I feel as if it was a productive flush, of course it was a productive flush, every single flush you do is effective, even if you don't get out any stones!

I have had several more bowels movements cause I took 2 IF#1 in some juice to make sure that I go ..both of which I did not see anymore cholesterol blobs .. cause thats what I was seeing

a lot of people are having trouble breathing the air right now.  Must be something in your area of TN, we aren't having any of that where I'm at.  my neighbor down the road who is just 28 yrs old went to the doctor for a breathing problem and they gave him steroids.. he posted on facebook that doc gave him that and wanted to see him back in a month and he was saying that he didnt see how steroids was gonna fix his problem .he is so right !  But I bet he's taking them huh?  ;-(

thing is also that if you dont take all 5 days of em they can damage your kidneys !!!!! this is what the doc told me when they handed me a scriipt for them also ..which I didnt fill either ..aint no way I am taking that crap !!! I got enough problems on my own without adding in a steroid that could damage my kidneys !!!  Wow, haven't heard that one yet lol!  If you don't take all 5 days it'll damage your kidneys, but if you take all 5 days it won't?  How's that for logic?  Pretty skewed if you ask me since there's no telling exactly what kind of damage it would do, and not just to your kidneys.  I will just stay inside and choose to cleanse and help my body to become more able to handle things more efficiently .  Cleansing your body is an excellent choice.

needless to say I am gonna stay on juices and raw/steamed veggies for now and go from there, sounds good to me.

planning another cleanse next weekend and hope it will be more productive.  Every single flush you do is productive whether you see stones or not and even if you feel bad during or after, it's still cleansing and healing your body, doesn't matter how you feel, it matters that you're unclogging your liver with each and every flush you do.  I think it would really help you if you'd read Telman's blog on his experience with liver flushing, Telman's Liver File scroll down to the bottom where he starts with "Flushes 1 to 10, he goes all the way to "31 to end".  He posts a lot of other things having to do with liver flushing.  I'm sure it would give you an idea of what to expect.

hopefully I will pass a bunch more and start to feel better real soon.  You have to think about the fact that you didn't get clogged up in a day or a week or even several years, it took what, 25-30 years for your liver to get as clogged as it is and you really can't expect it to unclog after a couple of flushes or even 5 or 10 or maybe 20 flushes.  If you've got a clogged drain thats been slowly clogging up for months and months and it finally gets to where water won't drain at all, you can't just put one bottle of drano in it and expect it to unclog after the first bottle, it will take more than that but each bottle you pour down the drain is slowly working its way through the clog and unclogging it, just like flushing the liver.  Like Uny says, progress is a process and you've just started the process sweetie.  Its gonna take some work to get that liver unclogged and functioning like it should be, but you CAN do it!
