Sorry for the long delay but I would just like to update.

My mom put the T3 on the sole of her foot and explained to me how she couldn't sleep because it was uncomfortable and took is off at 3 am... what a failure. She hasn't worn it since.

The vervain redux along with the doctrine have definitely been doing some cleansing. Every time I take the potion my stomach begins to rumble very noticeably.

I dowsed to see if I should run the Vervaine Combined Frequency that Newport had previously posted and got a solid "NO" as an answer. I ignored the answer and left it running over night and during the day... OMG was that a bad idea! I was seriously messed up, barely made it home in time to turn off the f165. My bowels stopped moving for a day or two (same experience happened when I took humaworm), and now I'm expelling loads of gas (very smelly), something is going on in there.

BTW, alittle off topic, but has anyone astral projected and met their guides? I"m trying to accomplish my first projection but I can't seem to remember anything in the morning.
