Bumps on testicles. Don't Know What it is. Second Opinion?

These bumps come and go (depending on stress I guess), but they are either on the left or right or bottom of my testicles. They sometimes itch. I did get them checked out and a biopsy was done. The results said it was an anthropod (bug bite). I was wondering if someone has a second opinion about this.
