Also, most women under age 40 do not need these hormones yet, unless a doctor has tested for them.

And, high dosage is bad too. One needs the normal biological dosage that the body would normally deliver.

But, than I had a total hysterectomy and needed the hormones or I would have ended my life, it was that bad.

It will be interesting to keep up with those of us who are taking 5-HTp and for those--sublingually. Since I upped from 25mg. to 50mg. I have noticed a little better well being
