...thing we/I seem to ALWAYS forget, and that's CASTOR OIL!!!

It's fantastic for 'dry skin' issues of all kinds - well, for that matter, it's good for ALL skin issues :)

Also, Dr. Schulze /Christopher would have you using castor oil packs on "whatever part is broken". So I heartily recommend alternating/adding a castor oil pack on the areas where you're using the BF&C fomentations frequently.

Both have their own actions and healing frequencies, so be sure to get 'as much as possible as often as possible' of both.

Castor oil - Palma Christi (the hand of Christ). Wherever it touches, it DOES provide healing at some level or another :)
