Yes, pure water fast, except day 1 I had two coffees with cream and no sugar. The weight loss made all the difference too -not so much how I looked (not too bad) but I could breathe better (not out of breath going up one flight of stairs) and that is what I really appreciate. I have a young child and two teens who know about fasting -don't care if I do it or not. The most fantastic thing though is that I have the most energy when fasting (or even when I eat low cal. like under 1000 cal.). I get lots of housework done, etc.

Oh and on refeed, I eat everything (milk, meat, fruit, veg. one juice or little coke) in a 4 hours time -3pm to 7pm and fast the rest of time (cal. about 1400 to 1600max.) and only gained back 4 lbs, but lost another 2 within days after that.
