kidney failure, fasting and drugs!

Hello everyone!

I have a big problem. I have type2 diabetes, stage 3 kidney failure, and bunch of other smaller problems. I used Lemonade fast 3 years ago and it seemed not only to reduce my body weight (plus I felt great) but also reduce blood pressure and eliminate other problems. I was almost there when doctors put me on: Bystolic 7.5 mg, Lisonopril, Spironolactone 125 mg and many other drugs. I started gaining weight like never before and become diabetic, my liver become fat and many other things went terribly wrong. QUESTION: I am afraid to drop all the pills and go on fasting, even tough it worked before because of my kidney failure. Does anyone have any plan what to do in case like mine??? I am a male in my early 40's and can withstand much but would like to be around for a while for my wife and kids. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely
