My gut hurts

I did not zap before the cleanse and now my gut hurts. It didnt arrive before I did the flush (I ordered one that is coming in the mail) but I was in so much pain I did my flush. Anyone have any suggestions or home remedies for parasite zap? We are under a foot of snow so I cant go out and get one. Anything I may have at home that can help me?
