Hi! Yeah, the pressure to eat has been heavy here too. I need to fast now so I don't have to deal with this in the Spring. As for the headaches, drinking warm water seems to alleviate that for me. Haha @ the carrot cake miracle!

Do you mind me asking, are you also in the U.S.? I'm on the East Coast. I know the time zone may be off. Anyhow, continue the good work! As of right now, my fast has started since it is 1am :P Later!
