I'll try to answer some of your questions, but Dr. Bailey might come in with different answers.

How long did you wait in between humaworm cycles? 90 days or more. I will start my second cleanse exactly 90 days from the first.

Is it possible to create ""super bugs"" by doing the same cycle humaworm twice a year for years? since its the same ingredients again. No. What creates super bugs is a steady diet of the herbs, so if you're taking one cleanse after another without a break, you'll create superbugs.  Dr. Bailey has an Inbetween formula that keep them under control between so you don't go backwards. I just choose to do something else.

I,ll stick with the humaworm first and trow in big amounts of garlic, union, cayenne pepper, maybe some tumeric.
That probably will be ok i hope. Leave out the garlic and cayenne. Humaworm already has those. You can add garlic to your food if you want, but don't take any megadoses, as that will throw off the formula and might cause it not to work as well. Just season your food as you normally would. If you use lots of garlic and cayenne normally, that's fine.

Whats your thougt on taking a herbal supplement for mood, whilst on my humaworm cycle? pretty sure it may not be advisable after reading your comment.  You can take all your other supplements, as long as they don't duplicate the Humaworm ingredients. You can read a list of the ingredients on the Humaworm site.

I was planning on taking wellness optimizer from jarrow formulations to help a bit with energy, mood, and stamina.

I'm not familiar with some of those ingredients, and how they may react with the Humaworm formula.  Coconut oil is very good for energy and stamina. I don't see anything in that formula that is specific to mood. Most of those are cleansers that you don't need with the Humaworm. You can take vitamins with the Humaworm.

Basically, I've seen Dr. Bailey say not to take anything but vitamins with the Humaworm, although some prescription drugs are allowed.
