Sorry you don't know what you are talking about at all. I listened to people like you for almost a year an nearly killed myself.

I attributed everything to die off, when it wasnt. It was me getting extremely sick. You shouldnt eat Sugar if you have adrenal problems, or what if it was just a parasite.

Once i started alkanizing my diet an doing lymph exercises. I felt results almost immediatley, i'm no where near cured. Now i'm going uphill instead of down though.
