How do you know what I have?

It's a fact chronic marijuana use kills your immune system. If my white now yellowish tongue, white particles in my urine, white clunks coming out of me after an ACV/Aloe enema, yeast smelling breath, memory loss, cold hands and feet, heart palpitations, brain fog from any Sugar or carbs is not candida then I don't what else it could be.
