Re: whole wheat vs ezekial bread

How do I know which Ezekial products are OK for Type O? I had assumed they all were but my husband saw that there's wheat gluten at the end of the ingrediant list on the English muffins, although they are called a sprouted grain product, which I thought meant they were OK for me. Thanks!
