Yeah tinctures, because of their alcohol content, do make me feel bad and although I'd imagine they're still effective, I'd rather have the tablets since they wouldn't provoke any bad reaction. I do have a chinese herbalist here in Reading (UK) so should I ask for gold coin grass? Or maybe they have something similar? Is there a chinese translation I could use available? Thanks, Chris
